1. Services

Simply Beautiful by Katerina provides aesthetic services including neurotoxin injections, fillers, microneedling, and PDO lifting threads, as well as permanent makeup services including nano strokes, ombré shading, eyeliner, and lip blush. All services are performed by a licensed Registered Nurse. Services are available by appointment only.

2. SMS/Text Messaging Program

Program Description: When you opt in to receive text messages from Simply Beautiful by Katerina, you may receive SMS/MMS messages related to:

• Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates

• Follow-up care and aftercare instructions

• Promotional offers, special discounts, and service announcements

• Responses to your questions and inquiries

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (984) 254-6455. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Message Frequency and Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and promotional campaigns. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and is outside our control.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

A booking fee of $100 is required to schedule your appointment and will be applied toward your payment. If your appointment is canceled within 72 hours or later and not rescheduled, or if you are a no-show, your booking fee is non-refundable.

4. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, book appointments, or subscribe to our SMS messaging program. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and before/after photos, is the property of Simply Beautiful by Katerina and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Simply Beautiful by Katerina provides aesthetic services with professional care and skill. However, individual results may vary. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
